As our Technical Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with a proven track record in bringing complex cybersecurity solutions to market. You will be the expert on our target buyers and competitors, driving product, sales, and marketing success. This role supports GTM efforts for multifactor authentication and mobile app protection solutions, which are crucial to our leadership in cybersecurity. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Go-to-market plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for new products and market expansion. Define market problems, target buyers, and differentiators. Lead tactical planning and execution, and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Use case definition: Partner with product management to research, validate, and define new use cases for integrating our solutions into customer IT infrastructures.
  3. Value propositions and positioning: Develop compelling messaging that balances technical details with business benefits.
  4. Content and tools: Create buyer-oriented content (websites, datasheets, videos, blogs) aligned with stakeholder needs including sales, marketing, and leadership.
  5. Sales knowledge transfer: Prepare training materials, presentations, FAQs, demo scripts, and battle cards to support sales efforts and solution adoption.
  6. Evangelism: Act as a spokesperson, delivering a compelling vision internally and externally, influencing stakeholders and audiences.

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing or management.
  • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, mobile security, and online fraud prevention.
  • Industry experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong research and use case development skills.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills (samples required).
  • Comfort with public speaking and presenting complex concepts clearly.
  • Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and evangelizing solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% within North America.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.

Additional preferred: Product marketing/management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance).
