Blue Origin LLC seeks an experienced Product Manager, User Experience, to own the complete experience layer of the TeraWave offering. You will guide onboarding, portal and network management interfaces, and customer service interactions with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.
You will collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product peers to ensure interfaces meet operational needs while delivering an emotionally resonant customer journey across enterprise and government contexts.

This multi-orbit constellation will consist of optically interconnected satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide. Terawave is Blue Origin's commercial satellite communications network, a 6 Tbps multi-orbit constellation delivering enterprise-grade broadband to the most demanding customers on Earth. As Product Manager, User Experience, you will own the complete experience layer of TeraWave: from the first moment a customer engages with our commercial offer, through the self-service portal and network management interfaces they use every day, to every interaction with our customer service and support organization. This is not a role for a UX generalist with product instincts. It is a role for a technically fluent PM who can read a link budget, debate API design with a network engineer, and simultaneously map the emotional journey of a customer. You will be the single accountable owner of the question: does every touchpoint in the TeraWave customer relationship feel deliberate, responsive, and worthy of the network we are building?

Base Pay Range for: WA applicants is $141,162.00 - $197,626.80 Other site ranges may differ.
