Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE or BSME).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, application, or product engineering roles.
• Strong technical aptitude, especially with engineered-to-order or complex technical products.
• Effective presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Passion for growing product lines and delivering customer value.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the product line's strategic direction, portfolio management, and roadmap planning.
• Support market research by analyzing trends and gathering voice of customer insights.
• Assist in New Product Development (NPD) and Change Management (CMR) processes to launch/enhance products.
• Monitor new product launches, track performance, and refine processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tools, product training, and go-to-market materials.
• Provide technical support to sales teams, participate in bid strategies, and assist with forecasting.
• Analyze product line performance and win/loss data to adjust pricing and competitiveness.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to resolve product, quality, or supply chain issues.
• Assist in product lifecycle management including enhancements and end-of-life planning.
• Represent the product team at trade shows, customer visits, and internal events.
