What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and document data capture/tagging plans for GM's digital properties, ensuring accuracy and usability of analytics data
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and QA tagging documentation in Confluence
- Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics report suite design and set-up
- Work with vendors to implement Tag Management Rules and capture data in Adobe/Azure platforms
- Partner with enterprise analytics teams to create data schemas and enhance access to click-stream data in the cloud

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in analytics development, design, tagging strategy, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable experience with Google Analytics
- 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing tags for site optimization
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of APIs and related technologies such as JSON and REST
- Experience in the e-commerce domain
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics platform implementation components
