Qualifications

Are you a scientist or engineer who understands the realities of semiconductor manufacturing and advanced metrology?

We'relooking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of high-speed Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) for semiconductor process control. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of customers, engineering,applicationsand commercial strategy, influencing the development of technology used by leading semiconductor manufacturers globally.

You may currently work in Product Management, Applications Engineering, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing or Technical Sales within semiconductor equipment, AFM, metrology,microscopyor scientific instrumentation.
