We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with expertise in PKI and cryptography to lead the strategy and development of our Public Trust Certificate offerings. The role involves bridging technical knowledge and customer needs to develop secure, compliant products.

Our Solutions

Role Responsibilities

1. Serve as a subject matter expert on CA/Browser Forum, IETF RFCs, eIDAS, FedRAMP, and other standards.
2. Resolve web PKI technical issues collaboratively.
3. Lead compliance efforts with standards like CA/Browser Forum, CP/CPS.
4. Define and prioritize features related to PKI, S/MIME, TLS/SSL, cryptography standards.
5. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring product compliance.
6. Represent IdenTrust in standards organizations, influencing standards development.
7. Document policies and map requirements with internal teams.
8. Translate requirements into technical stories and designs.
9. Analyze and troubleshoot PKI issues and certificate lifecycle management.
10. Monitor industry trends and emerging threats.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, IT, cybersecurity, or related; relevant experience may suffice.
• 5+ years in technical product management, PKI, cryptography, or security.
• 3+ years in software engineering, security, or infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with PKI ecosystems, CA software, key management, digital signatures.
• Knowledge of S/MIME, TLS/SSL, code signing, Federal PKI frameworks.
• Understanding of emerging cryptographic standards; certifications like CISSP, CISM are a plus.
• Experience with Agile frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.
