Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Visionary Expert and Specialist Developer to advance 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter PLM solutions for engineering and design teams. You will conceptualize, develop, and implement advanced PLM tooling, integrations, and methodologies in an Agile environment.

The role drives the migration from legacy systems to a modern 3DEXPERIENCE stack, focusing on interoperability, reliability, and user-friendly tooling for multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required.
Minimum 10+ years in PLM/CAD software development and interoperability.
Minimum 5+ years CAD and PLM data management experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Focus on 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter PLM solutions to empower Ford engineering and design teams.
Leverage Agile to develop and implement advanced 3DX/ENOVIA tools, customizations, integrations, and methodologies.
Support migration from legacy systems (including Teamcenter) to 3DEXPERIENCE, ensuring interoperability and user-friendly tooling.
