Job summary

Bluefish is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead text analysis and brand data capabilities for enterprise customers. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from vision to execution—working with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ship scalable NLP-powered insights.

You’ll balance strategic product leadership with hands-on technical depth, discussing embeddings and NLP pipelines with engineers while framing user value and data stories for marketing and analytics stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or technical role in SaaS/AI.
• Strong API, system architecture, and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with text processing, analytics reporting, or visualization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Startup-friendly, comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product strategy for text analysis and reporting capabilities—ingestion, processing, and availability.
• Define product vision and roadmap for how content and brand data are analyzed, scored, and accessed by customers.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design and iterate on pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and access.
• Design and validate ingestion layers that make large-scale text data understandable and actionable for customers.
• Analyze data and model performance, identify gaps, and refine metrics for accuracy and impact.
• Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and GTM teams around priorities, success metrics, and releases.
