Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, VA seeks Manager I Technology Product Management to lead the Consumer Lending technology product team. You will own the technology roadmap, partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery partners to deliver secure, scalable capabilities for member and employee facing products.

You will guide end-to-end delivery across design, build, test, deploy, and production support, while maintaining alignment with risk, compliance, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience leading IT development, system engineering, or technical product teams delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• 3-5 years leading teams delivering cloud-based business application platforms, SaaS/PaaS solutions, or enterprise technology capabilities.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC, cloud technologies, APIs, integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and secure software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including containers, CI/CD, API management, Azure PaaS/IaaS, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Knowledge of security patterns and controls such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure integration practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resource plans, vendor/SOW deliverables, and cost performance for technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver technology capabilities that support Navy Federal members and employees.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, and vendor partners to align strategy and execution.
• Represent the technical product team in portfolio planning, roadmap discussions, and delivery forums.
• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery metrics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead system engineering teams delivering Consumer Lending capabilities end-to-end.
• Own and manage the product technology roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
