Ladders is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Integrated Solutions to guide the development of turnkey systems bridging customer needs with practical design.

Remote US-based candidates only; compensation $180,000–$220,000 per year. You will work with engineering, stakeholders, and customers to turn complex use cases into actionable requirements and release plans, driving adoption post-launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, and signal processing.
• Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into structured technical requirements.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams to meet release dates.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will guide the development of integrated technical solutions that bridge customer mission needs with practical system design. You will work closely with engineering, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers to turn complex use cases into clear product requirements, release plans, and deployable offerings. The position also plays a key role in balancing technical trade-offs, aligning delivery timelines, and driving adoption through strong post-launch feedback loops.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 annually
