NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the AI Content and Media Product team within Operations & Technology. This senior individual contributor role blends product judgment with technical fluency to translate complex capabilities into scalable products used across NBCUniversal.

The role partners with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, and business stakeholders to deliver value and drive adoption of GenAI-powered solutions in media workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience as Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on complex products.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI or data-driven product delivery with engineering and data science teams.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments and Agile practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, PM to scope and deliver GenAI-powered capabilities.
• Define requirements and user stories from stakeholder workflows.
• Own defined product areas from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Create an outcome-based roadmap grounded in insights and constraints.
• Conduct tests, demos, and product reviews; post-launch care.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and share execution guidance.
• Evaluate tradeoffs between model quality, performance, cost, and latency with tech teams.
