Job summary
NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the AI Content and Media Product team within Operations & Technology. This senior IC role blends product judgment with technical fluency to deliver GenAI-powered media workflows and enterprise integrations.
You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable products, drive an outcome-based roadmap, and mentor junior PMs while maintaining a strong delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in product management, product development, or related technical roles.
- Experience as Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on complex tech products.
- Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience partnering with engineering and data science to deliver AI/data-driven products.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern product practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, PM, Product, and Scrum teams to scope and deliver GenAI-powered capabilities.
- Define clear product requirements and user stories based on stakeholder workflows.
- Own defined product areas from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Maintain an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and technical constraints.
- Conduct product testing to validate functionality, accuracy, and performance; support demos and reviews.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and drive continuous improvement of product capabilities.
