The company develops advanced technologies for demanding defense, aerospace, industrial, and commercial applications where performance, reliability, and ruggedization are mission-critical.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on engineering knowledge with product strategy, helping define the next generation of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based embedded computing products.

Why This Company Stands Out
  • Lead the strategy for a portfolio of advanced RF, DSP, FPGA, and mixed-signal embedded products.

  • Work at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, customer requirements, and business growth.

  • Influence next-generation products from concept and requirements through NPI and commercialization.

  • Partner with highly technical engineering teams developing rugged embedded computing solutions.

  • High-impact role with significant visibility across customers, sales, engineering, and company leadership.

  • Career growth opportunities within a global technology organization.

Your Role with the Company

As the Technical Product Manager – FPGA, RF & DSP, you will own the strategy, roadmap, definition, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering/design background and understands how RF and DSP theory translates into real-world hardware and FPGA implementations. You will use this technical foundation to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and guide products from concept through launch.

Responsiblities
  • Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the overall product portfolio.

  • Develop multi-year product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.

  • Translate complex system-level requirements and engineering tradeoffs into compelling product strategies and requirements.

  • Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from initial requirements through product launch.

  • Evaluate competitive products, technologies, architectures, and relevant form factors.

  • Manage product-line financial performance, including revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.

  • Partner closely with engineering to define product requirements, technical differentiation, and development priorities.

  • Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.

  • Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support during complex discussions.

  • Develop technical presentations, product collateral, training materials, and other product communications.

  • Support secure customer engagements where required.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, investments, or lifecycle changes.

  • Influence cross-functional teams and drive positive outcomes without direct authority.

  • Communicate complex RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded technologies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
