Agave, a data infrastructure platform for the construction industry, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in San Francisco. You will own the full product arc from idea to MVP to $1M+ ARR, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Expect collaboration with product analysts, account executives, and engineers in a fast-growing, profitability-focused startup. Role emphasizes platform thinking, customer immersion, and a go-to-market aligned roadmap.

Qualifications

• 1.5–6 years software (data analyst, product, or technical role).
• Hands-on builder, not just strategy.
• Technical depth: APIs, SQL, Postman, databases.
• SF 5 days in-person, no remote.

Responsibilities

• Define what gets built by synthesizing signals from customers, analysts, account executives, and market needs.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineers, PAs, and AEs from requirements to launch.
• Go deep on customers by understanding workflows and unmet needs in construction-related software.
• Set and drive the roadmap with ruthlessly prioritized product portfolios.
• Think in platforms, not just features to ease future development and selling.
