Job summary

IDT is seeking a technical product manager to drive anti-fraud and compliance systems that support cross-border money transfers. You will partner with engineering, legal, and compliance to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or technical product roles.
• Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance, or security domains.
• Strong discovery and problem framing skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and technical specs.
• English communication at C1+ level.

• Define product strategy, write technical specifications, and manage the product roadmap
• Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant delivery
• Enhance fraud-detection and compliance systems with advanced analytics and machine learning
• Drive agile development through user stories, sprint management, and continuous delivery
• Support design, development, and delivery of complex backend-intensive systems

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles
• Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance, or security domains
• Strong product discovery and problem framing skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and leading cross-functional Agile teams
• Proficiency working with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and basic technical specifications
• English communication skills at C1+ level

Nice to have

• Understanding of fraud vectors, mitigation strategies, and frameworks such as KYC, AML, OFAC, and GDPR
• Familiarity with regulatory landscapes in fintech, payments, or identity verification
• Hands-on familiarity with backend languages such as Go, .NET, or Python
• Experience with analytics or product tools such as Looker or Amplitude
