They leverage technology to integrate strategy, product thinking, business processes, and knowledge management, aiming to innovate how employees engage with work. Their goal is to make internal tools smarter, experiences more personalized, and decisions more data-driven. You will be part of a collaborative, curious, and forward-thinking team.

The Impact You Will Make

You will shape the next generation of employee experience by developing transformative, intelligent solutions based on AI/ML. Your role involves translating HR service and employee needs into scalable products, integrating existing tools and data flows, and launching high-impact prototypes. You will help design a seamless internal operating system that empowers employees and managers, enhances clarity, and advances AI integration into core workflows.

Responsibilities

1. Translate employee and manager workflows into HR product opportunities.
2. Build early prototypes or MVPs, alone or with partners.
3. Define requirements for system integrations with HR tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, RightAnswers, Airtable, Asana, etc.
4. Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR AI/automation opportunities.
5. Evaluate third-party AI tools for HR and develop pathways for core functionalities.
6. Establish success metrics, monitor impact, and develop feedback loops.
7. Collaborate to make HR AI-powered experiences useful and scalable.
8. Continuously evolve HR AI strategy with new insights and technology.
