About Us

We are an early-stage AI tech startup, currently in pre-launch mode, with a focus on agentic workflow automation. This is a temp-to-perm position whose aim is to fulfill current launch requirements with potential opportunity for growth.

About the Role
  • Own implementation of the AI platform and automation roadmap—shipping production-ready features, workflows, and agents that transform manual business tasks into high-value, more efficient output.
  • Translate business ideas, requirements, and opportunities into technical implementations with scalability and high impact.
  • Create and translate requirements into lean product specs, coordinate external engineers and build partners, and measure the success of every release.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, strategy, engineering, UX, legal, and sales teams as well as business and enterprise client stakeholders to ship demonstrable wins.
Key Responsibilities
  • Agentic AI Product Management, Project Management & Roadmapping.
  • Lead the implementation, technical development, and launch of AI agents, features, and experiences, partnering deeply with AI/ML engineers, UI/UX designers, and strategic stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Define and maintain a technical and feature backlog aligned to business goals and strategies.
  • Create concise PRDs with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and success metrics for the platform with substantial consideration of underlying AI models, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Make prioritizations by impact, effort, and risk.
Execution & Delivery
  • Run regular sprints with outsourced engineering teams; unblock issues quickly.
  • Lead UAT cycles, secure stakeholder sign-off, and schedule go-live.
  • Track adoption, hours saved, and accuracy post-launch; iterate fast.
Stakeholder Alignment & Reporting
  • Fully manage and coordinate multiple engineering teams for platform, features, and roadmap.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to manage compliance and risk.
  • Demonstrate progress through demos, dashboards, and exec updates.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5–8 years in technically-driven product/program/project management (AI, SaaS, RPA, Frontend, Backend)
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML or automation solutions at pace.
  • Fluency with APIs, prompt engineering, and low-code tools (Bolt, Zapier, n8n, Make)
  • Strong communication skills; familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, HIPPA, COPPA, etc.
