Qualifications

• Experience managing technical software products from discovery through delivery.
• Hands-on product experience with agentic AI applications or LLM-powered workflows.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, tool calling and AI system limitations.
• Ability to define measurable success criteria for both product adoption and agent performance.
• Strong communication skills, with experience aligning engineers, designers and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable making decisions, managing ambiguity and shipping quickly in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and prioritise features across agentic AI applications.
• Translate user problems into requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with AI, engineering and design teams to take features from concept through launch.
• Define how agents should behave, including task completion, user controls and handling failures.
• Use customer feedback, product data and evaluation results to improve the user experience.
• Balance product ambition with technical feasibility, reliability, latency and cost.
