Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years taking technical products from conception to launch (0 to 1).
• 2 years as a Product Manager with Ads Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define new, innovative products in the ad tech ecosystem with engineering and partner teams.
• Develop external integration strategy with YouTube Ads and partners.
• Align YouTube Ads with Google's overarching Ads strategy and drive adoption.
• Set team OKRs and lead launches with measurable impact for partners and users.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Legal, Privacy, GTM to bring products and APIs to market.
