Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Technical Product Manager in the United States to translate business objectives into technical solutions and lead marketing and product initiatives across a multi-unit portfolio. You will collaborate with product, marketing, engineering and operations to bring new offers and promotions to market.

You will own requirements, write user stories and technical specs, drive end-to-end delivery, manage risk, and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and producing clear technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating effectively across technical teams and senior business leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with product launches, promotions, pricing, or offer management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using tools such as Jira.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with billing, ordering, customer management, or related enterprise systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with consumer-facing products, services, and commercial offer structures is beneficial.
