About the role

As a Technical Product Manager at Raft, you will be an agile onboarding SME that understands how to manage non-waterfall projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs
  • Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines
  • Report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan
  • Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks
  • Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
  • Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security and Cloud
Preferred qualifications
  • Direct experience working with DoD clients
  • Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss
  • Agile certification(s)
  • Experience working in a software factory environment
Clearance Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Work Type
  • Remote (Local to San Antonio, TX highly preferred)
  • May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range
  • $110,000 - $180,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate\'s comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
