CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) seeks a Technical Product Manager who turns cloud infrastructure and managed services into deliverable products. You will own the lifecycle of enterprise services, aligning customer needs with engineering priorities, market opportunities, and measurable business outcomes.

This role blends product strategy, technical depth, and customer engagement across security, operations, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B product management for hosting, cloud infra, or managed services.
• Ability to translate customer needs and market research into product capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, security, sales, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, cloud environments, and related infra components.
• Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers and articulate business impact.

What You’ll Own

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise cloud, hosting, and managed services.
• Translate customer needs, market research, and competitive gaps into business cases, product capabilities, and prioritized investments.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, information security, sales, marketing, and external vendors to evaluate feasibility and guide execution.
• Lead products through planning, launch, ongoing improvement, and lifecycle decisions.
• Turn roadmap priorities into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and an actionable product backlog.
• Establish success measures and use customer feedback, adoption data, and product performance to guide decisions.
• Support customer adoption and address service challenges in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
• Incorporate security, compliance, and operational requirements into product planning.

What You’ll Bring

• At least four years of B2B product management experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, or managed services.
• Experience working for a cloud, data center, hosting, managed services, or comparable infrastructure services provider.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmaps, with examples of services you helped launch, improve, or grow.
• Strong understanding of data center operations and the infrastructure behind enterprise services, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• The ability to discuss technical dependencies and tradeoffs with engineers, then explain their business impact to customers and leadership.
• Experience with Agile product development, backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience That Stands Out

• Ownership of customer-facing infrastructure or managed services offerings, including how those services are positioned, delivered, supported, and adopted.
• Experience serving banks, credit unions, or other regulated organizations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Cloud certifications are highly valued and may be obtained after joining.
• A track record of connecting product decisions to outcomes such as stronger adoption, improved customer satisfaction, service performance, or business growth.
• PMP and product management certifications are not required.
