Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant product management or ownership experience.
• Experience owning roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using Agile, Scrum, product management, and software delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog for assigned technology products and capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to improve user experience, productivity, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead intake, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.
• Define product success measures, adoption metrics, and product health indicators.

Serves as the accountable product owner for assigned technology capabilities, partnering closely with business leaders, architecture, engineering, vendors, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Responsible for defining and maintaining product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures while balancing user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, risk considerations, and enterprise standards. Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, representing user needs and business priorities while identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft collaboration platforms, and productivity solutions, to improve advisor and employee experiences.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & RoadmapOwn product roadmaps, priorities, and backlog management for assigned technology products and capabilities.Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to identify opportunities that improve user experience, productivity, adoption, and business outcomes.Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and AI capabilities to inform product strategy and investment decisions.Product Ownership & DeliveryServe as the product owner and business representative for assigned products.Lead the intake, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities.Partner with architecture, engineering, and vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs.User Experience, Adoption & Stakeholder PartnershipDevelop a deep understanding of user workflows, business processes, and customer needs.Represent user and business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.Partner with communication, learning, and implementation teams to support successful product adoption and change management.Product Health & Continuous ImprovementDefine and monitor product success measures, adoption metrics, and product health indicators.Gather and synthesize user feedback, usage insights, and operational data to guide prioritization and product improvements.Communicate product performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5-7 years of relevant experience.3+ years of product management, product ownership, business systems, business architecture, or related experience.Experience owning product roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions that create measurable business value and user outcomes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience working across business and technology organizations to influence outcomes without direct authority.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Experience using data and metrics to guide prioritization, measure outcomes, and drive product decisions.Understanding of Agile, Scrum, product management, and software delivery methodologies.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, Copilot, Teams, knowledge management, productivity technologies, or emerging AI solutions.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM), or equivalent certification.Experience with product adoption, change management, and user enablement.Experience working with vendor-delivered software products and SaaS platforms.Experience developing business cases, product strategies, and executive communications.Financial services industry experience.Understanding of responsible AI, AI governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise technology practices.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $105,000 - $135,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
