**Job Description Summary**

Responsible for collaborating with product management teams to define clear strategic development directions and communicate these to the build and operations teams. You will lead the team with detailed requirements and work together to balance new features, defect resolution, and technical debt, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, and Developers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

  1. Demonstrate expertise in product and industry knowledge to enhance organizational competitiveness in Analytics and Reporting.
  2. Partner with stakeholders to create the Analytics and Reporting roadmap.
  3. Engage with customers/stakeholders to gather VOC requirements, refine them, and collect product feedback.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features and products.
  5. Deeply understand the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
  6. Work regularly with UX, Architecture, and engineering teams on various issues and decisions.
  7. Conduct interviews and develop personas for customers and stakeholders.
  8. Use persuasion and influence skills to align customer, product, and engineering teams.
  9. Manage the release and sprint backlogs, planning short-term roadmaps for MVPs and quarterly releases.
  10. Prioritize the backlog continuously to ensure readiness for 1-2 sprints/iterations.
  11. Continuously validate customer problems and needs to prioritize work.
  12. Apply strategic problem decomposition skills and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  13. Engage with development teams frequently to facilitate discussions, clarify stories, and contribute to design and testing.
  14. Translate unstructured work requests into actionable user stories.
  15. Partner with Development Leadership to maintain a healthy development process.
  16. Mentor junior team members.
  17. Provide technical leadership across the organization, coaching on Agile methodologies.
  18. Support the full lifecycle of critical analytics applications used for daily management.

**Technical Skills:**

  • Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools like Oracle FUSION Intelligence, Spotfire.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS datasets, Redshift databases.
  • Strong SQL, Datawarehousing, and ETL processes expertise.

**Education Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or Associate’s with 8+ years, or High School Diploma with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • At least 5 years in technical product management in data analytics.

**Eligibility:**

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship provided.

**Business Acumen:**

  • Explore new technologies and approaches, analyze impacts, negotiate stakeholder interests, and understand market and supply chain processes.

**Leadership:**

  • Influence through support and strategic planning, understanding downstream effects, and participating in technical strategy.

**Personal Attributes:**

  • Mentor others, proactively resolve issues, influence positively, innovate, and learn continuously.

**Additional Information:**

The salary range is $127,900-$213,200 USD, with potential bonuses. The position is remote, with a closing date of May 30, 2025.
