  • The Technical Product Lead is accountable for end‑to‑end solution design readiness, ensuring the proposed solution solves the business problem, aligns with platform strategy, integrates across impacted systems, is operationally supportable, and is ready for engineering delivery.
  • Defines solution architecture that supports the short, medium and long‑term business objectives across more than one product line.

Job Description

The Technical Product Lead owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform products and shared technology capabilities. Partners with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to define outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver secure, reliable, and cost‑effective services that enable product teams to build and run solutions at scale. Establishes success metrics and drives adoption through clear service definitions, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.

Pay Range for Bay Area : $138756.00 to $208320.00

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate experience, location (California, Bay Area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
