BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Technical Product Lead (TPL) for Advanced eMotors & CAE as part of our Technology & Innovation team. The TPL is responsible for leading next‑generation eMotor development projects from ideation through proof‑of‑concept testing, without any direct organizational reporting relationship. They are the main technical interface with internal/outside resources and customers. In addition, this position also provides mechanical Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) support of advanced development.
BorgWarner does provide sponsorship for employment visa status based on business need. However, for this role, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
