Job summary

Red Hat is offering a Technical Product Intern role that combines hands-on learning with customer-focused content creation. You will work with Technical Marketing Managers, Product Managers, engineers, and other teams to turn complex capabilities into clear demonstrations and tutorials.

You’ll develop demos, labs, or tutorials, and you’ll apply AI tools to speed up content development while learning how technical products are positioned and used in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful project end to end with real responsibility from day one.
• Create hands-on technical materials like demos, tutorials, blogs, or dashboards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical teams to align content with user needs.
• Explore AI tools to improve content creation and delivery.
