Base pay range

$137,439.00/yr - $167,981.00/yr

Technical Product Development Supervisor (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Technical Product Devt Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse teams worldwide. Your impact will include:

  • Overseeing the development of Natural Language Processing content management tools
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Working with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to set priorities and deliver results
  • Contributing as a team member as necessary
Your Skills And Expertise

To succeed, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of software development experience, preferably in Java or C#

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of software development experience, preferably in Java or C#

Additional requirements include:

  • 1 year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor
  • 1 year of experience in cloud computing (preferably AWS)

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing
  • Experience with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)

Work location: Remote. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Additional Information
