Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to support Google’s gTech Ads team in the US. You will bridge customer needs and engineering offerings, translating requirements into scalable technical-product specifications for enterprise advertisers.

Your role emphasizes strong customer engagement, architecture work, and high-quality BRD/PRD artifacts, with a compensation package including base salary, 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years troubleshooting for partners or customers.
• 5+ years building PoCs using web/scripting technologies and SQL databases.
• Experience in system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Advise on maximizing complex product adoption with scalable, last-mile customization.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear system architectures and technical specifications.
• Lead technical hand-overs by authoring BRDs and PRDs aligned with the product roadmap.
• Identify systemic product gaps and feedback to Ads Solution Engineering.
• Oversee technical implementation while deferring base-code decisions to Engineering.
