Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Analyst experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business functional requirements into technical business requirements / user stories for new or existing applications.
• Meet with decision makers, IT, and end users to define technical goals and resolve issues.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications.
• Review existing systems and develop strategies for improvement and reuse.
• Research hardware and software products to justify recommendations and support purchasing.
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for guidance to system programmers.
• Assist in testing modified and new systems.
• Coach and mentor team members and contractors, driving accountability.
• Develop business relationships vital to project success.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, IT, QA, and vendors to define project scope and requirements.
• Document requirements for applications and recreate issues.
• Facilitate meetings on requirements gathering and defect resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
