Job summary

Kuvare is hiring a Technical Product Analyst in the United States to bridge business operations, product, data, and technology across the annuity lifecycle.

You will partner with stakeholders, IT, QA, architects, vendors, and data teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver technology solutions for annuity products and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analyst experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business functional requirements into usable technical requirements for new applications and enhancements.
• Define technical business requirements and systems goals with IT, end users, and decision makers.
• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications.
• Analyze existing systems and develop strategies to improve efficiency and leverage capabilities.
• Research hardware and software products to justify recommendations and support purchasing decisions.
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for system programmers.
• Assist in testing modified and new systems.
• Mentor and motivate team members and contractors to take ownership of their work.
• Develop business relationships vital to project success.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, IT Development, QA, and vendors to define project scope.
• Document requirements and recreate issues for applications.
• Facilitate meetings focused on technical requirements gathering and test results.
