Job summary

Riot Games is seeking a Technical Producer II for the Riot Infrastructure team in Los Angeles. You will drive direction and delivery across platforms, including live game services, internal tools, and AI workloads, shaping experiences that help teams build, deploy, and scale globally.

You’ll partner with engineering to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and push for improvements informed by data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Owns roadmap or execution plan through multiple product lifecycle stages.
• Uses data, experiments, and operational signals to set priorities.
• Collaborates with engineering and product teams across distributed environments.
• Demonstrates technical judgment and ability to explain tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting technical products, platforms, or services.

Responsibilities

• Drive direction and delivery across Riot platforms including live services, internal tools, and AI workloads.
• Shape product experiences to simplify building, deploying, operating, and scaling systems globally.
• Partner with engineering leads to align on user requirements and tradeoffs.
• Define success criteria and validate problems with metrics and feedback.
• Monitor health, cost, performance, and operational effort to guide improvements.
