WURD Radio LLC is seeking a Technical Producer to support live and recorded shows and help deliver high-quality content across radio, video, and digital platforms. You’ll work with hosts and guests behind the scenes to ensure broadcasts run smoothly.

You will run the board for live programs, cue commercial breaks, manage TV and social media assets, and edit content for SoundCloud. On-site in Philadelphia, evenings and weekends may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in video production, studio engineering, radio, or technical producing.
• Familiarity with audio and video editing software (e.g., common editing tools).
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Knowledge of recording equipment and the ability to operate different radio studios.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and composure in a fast-paced live broadcast environment.
