Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to set up and optimize molding equipment for consistent quality. You will monitor processes, conduct trials, maintain logs, and collaborate with engineering on new products, while reducing waste and ensuring product specs are met.

Strong hands-on mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and experience with diagnostic tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or relevant training in plastics manufacturing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with injection molding equipment.
• Knowledge of process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and measurement instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
• Availability for mandatory holiday and overtime shifts.
