About the Role

Canon ITS is seeking highly skilled, professional, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional technical support. As a Canon Technical Printer Support Representative I, you will respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries, resolving routine and complex laser printer issues with a "first call resolution" approach, escalating cases as needed, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers remote work, flexible scheduling, paid training, benefits, holidays, paid time off, 401(k), and other perks.

Your Impact
  • Provide positive and professional technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and troubleshoot laser printer issues, recommending solutions
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries using available tools
  • Interact with customers and team members efficiently
  • Make prompt, accurate decisions benefiting both business and customer
  • Document interactions and resolutions
  • Assist customers with purchase decisions and orders on the Canon website
About You: Skills & Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or call centers
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS
  • Internet, instant messaging, and email skills
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, multi-task, and prioritize
  • Strong communication and active listening skills in English
  • Reliable internet and noise-free workspace
  • Residing in specified states (FL, GA, IN, IA, LA, NY, NC, OH, TN, VA)
