GM Financial seeks a Technical Principal- Data and AI Enablement to drive our data modernization and AI strategies. You will guide high-impact AI initiatives, influence business leaders, and deliver real value across the organization.

You’ll lead with vision on AI-enabled solutions, promote responsible AI, and partner with senior leaders to shape enterprise-wide transformation. This hybrid role is based in Irving, TX and offers strong growth and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership with AI/ML and cloud/data platforms.
• 3–5 years mentoring technical teams and driving AI-enabled transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AI initiatives including GenAI adoption.
• Strong business acumen and ability to articulate business impact of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a technical thought leader guiding high-impact AI/ML initiatives.
• Champion responsible AI adoption and cutting-edge tech to redefine productivity.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify game-changing opportunities and shape strategies.
• Represent GM Financial as a trusted advisor driving AI-powered transformation.
