Your mission
- Purchase contract negotiation on technical stipulations in the contracts in direct contact with JA’s customers.
- Daily technical support to customers and the JA sales team.
- Technical support to customers in PV Plant design using JA Solar products, utilizing the latest PV design tools to simulate yield and demonstrate product benefits, aiming for the lowest LCOE per project.
- Certifications of JA Solar’s products in European markets, including understanding relevant calculations and methods.
- On-site & online customer and sales team training on PV technology and JA Solar products, including PV system simulations.
- Represent JA Solar in public product & technology presentations such as webinars, forums, and trade shows.
- Monitor future product & technology trends and customer demands, providing feedback.
- Collaborate with component manufacturers to ensure system compatibility.
- Analyze competitors’ products, roadmaps, advantages, and weaknesses compared to JA’s.
Major responsibilities
- Support customers and the sales team on pre-sales tasks.
- Possess high PV module knowledge, especially of JA Solar’s products.
- Ensure JA’s product advantages are well known in relevant markets.
- Verify compatibility between JA modules and other PV system components.
- Act as a good JA brand ambassador.
