Technical Pre-Sales Distribution Manager - Romania (m/f/d)
Permanent employee, Full-time · Remote
Your mission
  • Lead technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Romania and the region.
  • Support customers with pre-sales technical and product marketing information.
  • Conduct on-site and online customer training for JA’s distribution customers and installers.
  • Manage technical product marketing activities.
  • Provide daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team.
  • Regularly update shared folders with JA product information accessible to customers.
  • Obtain and understand certifications of JA Solar’s products in European markets, including relevant calculations and methods.
  • Monitor customer feedback on future product and technology trends and demands.
  • Collaborate with component manufacturers to ensure compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components.
  • Analyze competitors’ products, roadmaps, advantages, and weaknesses relative to JA’s offerings.
Your profile
  • Degree in Engineering or Physics.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the PV industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a third European language or Chinese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
