Job summary

Supernova is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wealth-management lending platform. You will coordinate a technical delivery team, including Solution Architects, Developers, and Analysts, across banking and FinTech environments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, API integration, underwriting workflows, and complex stakeholder management within a regulated financial domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of technical project management delivering software in banking/FinTech.
• Experience as Test Lead/Manager on complex technology deployments.
• Experience delivering loan origination systems or securities-backed lending solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, and API integrations.
• Hands-on with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and Jira/Rally/Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of lending operations, regulations, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of lending-platform capabilities.
• Coordinate integration of Supernova SBL across systems (lending, brokerage, trust, collateral-monitoring).
• Oversee testing strategies, plans, execution, defect management, and release-readiness.
• Translate complex business rules and regulatory requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate backlogs with Product Managers/Owners.
• Monitor progress and delivery metrics using Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate change-management activities and support rollout/adoption.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
