Job summary

VDart Inc. seeks a Technical PM in Milpitas, CA on a contract basis to drive Enterprise Applications and Information Security projects.

You will define scope, requirements, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires 10+ years of IT project leadership, experience across SDLC with Agile & Scrum, and familiarity with SAST/DAST and security remediations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP).
• 10+ years' experience leading across diverse projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of security testing such as SAST, DAST, and Pen Test.
• Security certification like Security+ or CISSP is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow development projects and security remediations.
• SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience.
• Strong cross-group collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps.
• Experience with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects in Enterprise Applications and Information Security.
• Develop project plans including scope, business requirements, cost, dates, resources, and quality.
• Partner with IT teams to ensure standard processes and templates are used.
• Establish and manage multiple deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies to meet business needs.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term program roadmaps.
• Prioritize work based on business need and IT capability.
• Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and perform business analysis.
• Facilitate vendor selection and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify risks and communicate project health to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to IT processes.
