Job summary

Net at Work is hiring a Technical Project Manager, Business Applications to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales, PSA, Intacct ERP, and related systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, business applications, systems implementation, operations, consulting, professional services, or business transformation environments.
• Experience managing business application, ERP, CRM, PSA, reporting, automation, integration, or Microsoft Dynamics-related projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with business application configuration, workflows, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, technical teams, application owners, vendors, and/or external consultants.
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, dependency, resource, and change management.
• Ability to facilitate requirements discussions, coordinate UAT, manage defect resolution, support deployment readiness, and oversee post-go-live stabilization.
• Ability to understand and discuss system configuration, data flows, integrations, APIs, reporting impacts, security considerations, and business process dependencies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate between business needs and technical execution plans.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for operational, business application, integration, reporting, automation, and Microsoft Dynamics-related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment to business priorities, organizational objectives, and defined success criteria.
• Coordinate work across business stakeholders, application owners, internal technical teams, consultants, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and ensure clear ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, configuration impacts, integration constraints, and decision points.
• Escalate blockers and tradeoffs in a timely, business-oriented manner with clear recommendations.
