Job summary

FOX News Media in New York offers a Summer 2027 internship in Technical Operations, providing hands-on exposure to Control Room/Studio Operations, Transmission, Lighting and Editing. Interns work on-site in New York and participate in prompter systems, teleprompter setup, and studio positions.

The program targets actively enrolled students with strong academics who can commit for the entire duration, and who have access to housing and transportation to the internship site.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
• Current class standing of sophomore, (second-year college student) or above
• Strong academic record
• Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
• Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site

Responsibilities

• Assist in control room/studio operations and with teleprompter setup
• Support Transmission, Lighting and Editing tasks as needed
• Gain exposure to prompter systems, studio positions, and related software
