Job summary
FOX Internship Program offers students a hands-on opportunity within one of the world’s largest sports, media, and entertainment companies. Interns gain real-world experience in Technical Operations, including control room, studio operations, transmission and editing.
The on-site program in New York provides exposure to prompter systems and studio setup. Selected students must be enrolled in an accredited college, maintain a strong academic record, and commit to the entire program length.
Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
- Current class standing of sophomore or above
- Strong academic record
- Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program
- Access to own housing and transportation to/from the assigned internship site
Responsibilities
- Be placed on FOX News Channel or FOX Business Network with the Technical Operations team
- Gain exposure to Control Room/Studio Operations, Transmission, Lighting and Editing
- Learn about prompter systems and teleprompter operations
- Participate in real-world projects that support ongoing FOX programming and operations
