Job summary

Energizer is seeking a Technical Operator at our Garrettsville, OH facility to safely operate assigned machines, inspect parts for quality, and support a fast-paced production line. You will use basic tools and adhere to lockout/tagout procedures while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes reliability, continuous improvement, and hands-on maintenance tasks, with opportunities to learn robotics maintenance and data entry in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Basic math, language, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate reading, logic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform lock out tag out on applicable equipment and maintain authorization with annual training.
• Operate machines and start/stop machinery with supervision.
• Inspect parts with appropriate inspection equipment and document results.
• Address production interruptions and coordinate with maintenance or colleagues for assistance.
• Perform basic maintenance on robots, machines or other equipment.
• Enter data into computer systems and operate PIVs and related equipment.
• Provide oversight, training, and direction of Agency Associates.
