Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience with plastic injection molding and related facilities equipment.
• US work authorization for full-time employment.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience is a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, math, and computer-literate abilities.
• Ability to work independently as shift lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plastic injection molding processes and related equipment.
• Start/stop molding equipment and install/remove molds and trim dies.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines, robots, and loaders.
• Operate forklift to move molds and equipment as required.
• Read and monitor machine data and processing graphs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on molds and equipment.
