Insight Global's client is transforming the automotive locksmith industry through mobile technology, robotics, and customer-focused service. We seek a Mobile Operations Manager to lead a team of 3-4 technicians at retail partner locations while driving sales performance and coaching employees.

This hands-on leadership role blends team management, customer service, sales, and automotive key programming expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience cutting, duplicating, and programming automotive keys, fobs, and remotes.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 Mobile Operations Technicians.
• Train technicians on customer service, sales techniques, operational procedures, and key programming best practices.
• Drive team sales performance through customer engagement and relationship-building.
• Monitor sales goals, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
• Serve as the team's technical expert for automotive key cutting and programming.
• Cut, duplicate, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes as needed.
• Train and coach technicians on programming procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure all completed keys meet quality and accuracy standards before customer delivery.
• Manage inventory, equipment, tools, tablets, POS systems, and company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, customer service, sales, and automotive key programming expertise. The ideal candidate enjoys leading people, building customer relationships, and training others while remaining actively involved in daily operations.

What You'll Do
