The team also builds and operates AppleCare’s online support platform, which handles 6 billion visits per year, delivering seamless, high-quality support to Apple customers around the globe.At Apple, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. Apple Customer systems Operations team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated CS TechOps Engineer (Technical Operations & Site Reliability Engineer) to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of business-critical, globally distributed systems.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $225,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
