  • Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities for additional project scope, retrofits, phased expansions, and long-term partnerships.
Technical Operations & Business Analysis
  • Analyze commissioning performance, productivity, quality, resource utilization, and scheduling data.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Translate field problems into defined business, process, and technology requirements.

  • Analyze L2/L3 and L4/L5 workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved resource utilization.
  • Support development and evolution of Magellan Cx, particularly the integration of field execution, scheduling, resource planning, and commissioning data.
Strategic Communication & Brand Representation
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the organization in both client-facing and public-facing environments.

  • Support the development of presentations, capability statements, client updates, and engagement materials.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to improve operational execution, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Promote transparency, responsiveness, and operational excellence across all engagements.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Serve as a field implementation resource for Lean, Six Sigma, Kizan, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Test new processes and technologies directly in the field before broader Apollo deployment.
  • Measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and develop recommendations for scaling successful solutions.
  • Work with Strategy & Innovation to convert field knowledge and operational data into scalable Apollo capabilities.
