Position Overview

As a Technical Onboarding Specialist for Customer Technical Success (CTS) focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AECO) industries at Autodesk, you will serve as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and program governance capabilities. Your role involves designing, building, and maintaining strategic FastTrack Onboarding services, providing technical deployment guidance and best practices to help customers adopt Autodesk AECO Solutions. By supporting assisted onboarding sessions and establishing relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, you will utilize Autodesk Technology to help customers overcome barriers and accelerate their business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in Autodesk AECO solutions and provide technical guidance to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve their goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain the Fast Track Onboarding service catalog to enhance customer success and product adoption.
  • Support discovery and delivery of onboarding sessions, reducing deployment time and increasing Autodesk Solutions usage.
  • Create and deliver digital content for end-users via various sessions, ensuring quality and relevance to customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive deployment efforts and build strong customer relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of industry needs and workflows in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil, or Construction Engineering.
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment.
  • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative Design is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
  • Proven content creation skills for internal and customer audiences.
