  • Gain exposure to safety standards, quality assurance practices, and production reporting.
  • Document findings and contribute to technical reports or project summaries.
  • Shadow experienced operators and supervisors to learn best practices in milling operations.

Who You'll Be Working With

You will work closely with our milling team, production supervisors, and quality assurance specialists to learn the fundamentals of grain milling and contribute to ongoing projects. Under the guidance of experienced plant staff and engineering leaders, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in equipment operations, process troubleshooting, and efficiency improvements. Collaboration with both operations and technical staff will provide a well‑rounded internship experience.
